FAQ'S
1. What are the gate hours?
They are 5:30 AM to 10 PM seven days a week.
2. Can I rent just for a month?
Yes. Rentals are month by month for whatever you need.
Long term pre-pay discounts are available.
3. What payment types do you take?
We accept cash, check, VISA ,MasterCard, Discover, AMEX.
4. Where can I drop my payment?
Payments can be dropped off at the office (mail drop slot
in door) or in front of the gate in the turn around area there is a
locked drop box.
5. Why is my gate code not working?
If your account is past due the gate code is suspended.
6. Can I use my own lock?
We provide the cyclinder lock that fits in the door at the latch.
7. What happens if I lose my keys?
Since there is no master key, the only way to gain access is to replace it.
8. What are the office hours?
There are no set office hours. We try to work with everyone's schedule so a time is set up to meet onsite to do the move in process.
9. How do I get in to the facility?
During the move in process a unique gate code will be set up for you.
10. Do you charge a security deposit ?
At this time , we do not.
11. Are any of the buildings climate control?
At this time, we do not have climate control units.
12. What type of security do you have?
Our facility is completely fenced as well as having security
cameras placed around the facility.
